桥面破碎机概述：

广州北环高速大修工程桥面水泥混凝土破除过程中,在做好前期工作的同时,根据桥面水泥混凝土的厚度、钢筋的粗细和钢筋网的密度等,一共使用到了四种桥面破除施工工艺,现简介如下,以供对比、学习与参考。
四种桥面破除施工工艺
1、普通风镐破除法对于厚度小于value="5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">5cm的素混凝土桥面,宜采用风镐直接小块凿除(约value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm*value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm),但不要凿碎,以免影响功效。对于厚度小于value="5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">5cm的钢筋网混凝土桥面,也采用风镐直接凿除,直到清理出钢筋为止。
2、力特达桥面破碎机破除法对于厚度大于value="5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">5cm的素混凝土桥面,先采用风钻钻孔(注意孔深与砼厚度一致),钻孔间距为value="30" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">30cm*40~value="50" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">50cm(排距*列距)；然后用液压桥面破碎机破碎成value="30" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">30cm*40~value="50" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">50cm的大块；zui后人工、撬棍搬移。同时注意清渣时一定要清理干净,接近防撞墙时要槽向劈裂,孔的排拒和列距缩小到value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm。对于厚度大于value="10" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">10cm的钢筋网混凝土桥面,亦可采用桥面破碎机破除法,只是要缩小钻孔间距为value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm*value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm,打孔时向自由面略微倾斜,同时找到钢筋的自由端头,根据端头钢筋灵活确定布孔位置,清渣时还需要风镐协助。
3、人工劈裂法对于厚度大于value="5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">5cm的钢筋网混凝土桥面,如果不用桥面破碎机破除法,亦可采用人工劈裂法,原理类似于桥面破碎机破除法。钻孔间距为value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm*value="20" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">20cm左右,根据破除界面成排钻孔(也要注意钢筋网对钻孔的影响),然后采用楔形劈裂器和铁锤人工劈裂,同时配合风镐清理渣块。
4、风镐配合切割法对于厚度小于value="5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">5cm的细钢筋混凝土桥面,宜采用风镐配合切割法。先采用切割机将砼切成value="50" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">50cm*value="100" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">100cm的方块(value="100" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">100cm为行车方向,也可根据情况缩小切块面积)；然后用手持风镐对准铺装与板、梁的界面以上1~value="2" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">2cm水平打进,让铺装与板、梁界面分离裂开；zui后用撬棍将水泥板撬起,
