金属、玻璃、陶瓷单组份油墨使用说明
简 介：此系列油墨是单组份溶剂热固的高级亮光油墨，专用於印刷在各类金属材料铝片，马口铁等。
干 燥 方 法：用烘炉以120-140度的温度，烘干20-25分钟。
特 点：A、单组份热固金属油墨,墨层耐酒精,耐溶剂及2H-3H铅笔硬度；
B、经济型油墨,墨层柔软,附着力好；
C、适用YB-02开油水作稀释剂,比例为10-20％；
丝 网： 网纱必须耐溶剂，作精细印刷，可选用120T-140T的网纱，若印刷大面积或作遮盖力强的印刷，可选用100T网纱。清洗网版，可选用YB-01或YB-03洗网水。
粘度稀释及印刷：此系列油墨是单组份油墨，油墨出厂时粘度高，印刷时需加入约15-20％的YB-02稀释剂调至印刷粘度。此油墨在使用前，必须充分搅拌均匀。
如需降低油墨浓度时，可添加透明光浆，其主要作用是冲淡颜料
浓度，印刷时建议使用硬度70-75度的胶刮，在印刷完毕后应尽快清洗网版及用
具。
